I was given a discount code for the lifetime bundle. The code was not accepted (says code not applicable to product). I used it for the onetime bundle and would say discount applied but price remained unchanged. Called customer service at 9PM CST and got recording saying to leave a message or email despite web site saying customer service available until 1am. I called next day and was informed bundle were already discounted and I could not use code. It is deceiving to have a message pop up saying discount applied when it clearly isn't.

A coupon for 20% discount was sent after my last recertification. The check out menu says the code "does not exist". The code is AMCCard20. There is no expiration date on the coupon. This promotion should therefore be valid.

1. my groupon code was invalid and had to call help desk for a new one.
2. after reading back the new code from the help desk. it was still incorrect
3. i had to enter credit card data when my total charges were $0.00
