I loved the dress! My only complaint is that the dress couldn't be shipped until about 2 weeks after I ordered it so to get it for the special occasion, I had to pay express shipping which almost doubled the price.

I am extremely pleased with adorable-kids.com and will recommend them to everyone.
I was unable to find a baptism suit small enough for my newborn anywhere else, and 2 other stores cancelled my order.
I was worried that I would not receive my order in time, but was ensured that I would. My order arrived very quickly and several days before the baptism.

Was disappointed that I wanted the T-shirt that says the Cutest Flower Girl Ever, but in my granddaughters size they wanted you to text a number to order it by August 15th. I have never ordered online before, and I wasn't sure how it would calculate my order and did not want to be paying for two separate orders plus shipping. That part was not that clear.
Secondly, when trying on my granddaughter's dress the zipper came off in my hand. Due to the time crunch, which would of been risky with upcoming wedding to have dress on time, yet your company wanted me to return dress, before refunding my monies and then reorder. No money needed to be exchanged I return dress, your company sends another one out simple as that. So however, due to time factors of shipping (10-15 days) I took dress to a seamstress had new zipper put in which cost me another $25.00. So now this dress has cost me $122. Not happy with your customer service department, who I contacted immediately, they offered no compensation to me at all. I even asked to have the T-shirt sent out that says Cutest Flower Girl Ever in size 6 which was less than the cost of the zipper. T-shirt was $14.99 plus shipping which was the least your company could do.
