The steam foot bucket has no instructions how to hook the tube together into the bucket and dont know where to put the herb tea package. I sent message to your customer service but I didn't get the correct answer. I haven't been using it yet and let see it's working. Overall, the wood steamer bucket and the steamer are very nice and good quality
