About this CompanyAction Fiberglass & Manufacturing Limited was established in 1980. We began manufacturing our own fiberglass truck caps in Moncton, New Brunswick and later concentrated on expanding our line of light truck accessories through our own network of retail stores in Atlantic Canada.

When I first ordered, I left feedback that the website did not verify that the parts I was ordering were compatible with my truck anywhere after the original search where I type in my make and model. When the parts arrived they were not what I ordered. When I reached out to try and get the correct product, I learned that the product I received and the product I ordered were not available for my truck. This did not make me happy since it linked directly with my original concern with the website. A similar style was available for my truck for an increased price so I ordered that one and again was disappointed because I had to pay more than I was expecting to get what I wanted. I was told that I would have to return the incorrect parts and get a refund before you could ship me the new parts. I shipped back the incorrect parts on Monday June 13th which was not easy as a non business entity because it was an over size package and I had to make special arrangements for pickup. I am still waiting for my correct parts.

This was my original comment: I have no idea if these nerf bars will fit my trucks cab. It's not in the description and there is no way to verify that I could find. Since then my experience: I was originally concerned that it was not clear if what I was ordering would fit my truck. Once the parts came, they were not what I ordered. When I reached out to get what I ordered I learned that both the parts I received and the parts I ordered would not fit my truck. There were similar products available for my truck from a different manufacturer at an increased price which made me a little unhappy because I had to pay more than what I was expecting to get what I wanted. I approved the increased price on the new parts and was told that I would have to return the incorrect parts and get a refund before the new parts would ship. I returned the incorrect parts via FedEx on June 13 which was not easy because I am a non business entity and it was an over size package so I had to make special arrangements for pickup. I have not received the new parts I ordered yet. So far, paid more than expecting, received the wrong parts, had difficulty with website and had difficulty with the return process. one star.
