First order was spectacular. 2nd order not so much. Employee at the counter was arrogant and ignorant. No need to treat anyone with disrespect. Especially when all he had to do was get off his chair pickup the product and bring it to the counter. Must of been stressful and strenuous to carry 6 lbs. May shop there again if the price is good enough to justify the bad attitude.

The young man at the counter was pleasant and helpful. Greeted me when I entered the store asked if he could help me.
I told him i was picking up an online order.
The lady that appeared to be a supervisor or someone more knowledgeable and in charge was in a side room at the time.
When she asked the young man what I was there for,
to pick up an online order, I gave her my last name.
She walked over and took a hurried look at what appeared to be only 2 or 3 pieces of paper that I assume were for order pickups,
said there were no orders under that name.
She plunked herself onto her stool and just looked at me, like I was supposed to determine next steps and had no intention of helping any further. The young man asked if it would be under another name, I gave him my first name and again seeming annoyed she looked in the slot with the papers and grabbed mine and side 'that name I have', plunked the paper on the counter in front of me, said 'sign this' and walked away to get my package. I said to the young man I'm not signing anything that confirmed pickup until I see the package to see that it doesn't appear damaged.
She came back gave me my package grabbed the paper again seeming annoyed and I said I thought you wanted me to sign that, she put it
In a different slot and said no I don't need a
Signature.
I had a couple other questions about a couple of other of your products for my vehicle, the young man again was pleasant and helpful looking up and pricing them for me. I thanked him for his help and left.
I was happy with the product I ordered. The pickup process rubbed me the wrong way.
As a retailer, you're only as good as your last customer encounter. That's reality. Maybe she was having a bad morning,
Don't know and frankly I don't care.
My encounter wasn't pleasant and I'll consider other retailers over yours for future purchases.
