My daughter and I planned a trip to Australia. About Australia planned and customized the trip for us. Snorkeling at the Great Barrier was a fabulous experience. Ana, our travel consultant, was in frequent contact planning the trip. The accommodations were In convenient locations and memorable rainforest canopy wilderness retreats. Each day was well laid out and easy to follow as we drove through Australia. Flight connections worked smoothly. The only minor glitch was that a shuttle transport company used a business partner for pick up and we were looking for another name on the van. Since our itinerary provided a contact telephone, it was easily resolved.

Everything regarding our wonderful Australian tour was exceptional... Ana was extremely responsive, and ensured we had the best itinerary... everything she planned for us went smooth as glass, no hitches at all. My only problem was that I didn't have more time in Australia! I will definitely use About Australia again when we return, and we need to return, there is so much more we want to do. Thank you Ana for providing us with the best trip!

The planning and organization from About Australia was on target for this trip and my last trip organized by you. All details went according to plan and no problems were encountered with the trip's organization. You managed all details to coordinate activities that involved my sister who lives in Australia with us so that all events happened as planned. All components of a fairly complex trip were accomplished without any difficulty. Good job...thanks.
The only difficulty encountered was with a rental car company which I secured on my own when in Darwin. I should have had About Australia organize that as well and I wouldn't have experienced the financial loss that occurred. It was a last-minute decision when in Darwin and wasn't planned by you.

We could not have put together our 8 week self-driving trip to Australia without the help of About Australia! They helped us build an itinerary that allowed us to enjoy all the highlights at an ideal pace. Overall our trip to Australia and Fiji was amazing. We had 24 people in our group composed of divers and non divers. Our itinerary consisted of 5 flights originating in LA. Transfers were all on time. All reservations for flights, hotels and tours were near perfect. Our only real glitch was that transfer providers did not send equipment big enough to handle all passengers and luggage and on 2 cases we had to put luggage inside the bus to accommodate. Given the amount of moving parts we had on this trip, it was a huge success and all passengers were impressed with the organization and precision of the trip.

About Australia did a wonderful job putting together our itinerary. Our trip lasted 39 days and they provided in great detail what we would be doing and when. Our trip was completely customized for us at our direction. All of the to/from transportation, locations we visited, the hotels we stayed in, and the tours they booked for us were excellent. It was nice to have all of this detail worked out for us so we had to just show up at the correct time and place. The voucher process they used to pay the vendors made it very easy for us.

Angelica did a fantastic job coordinating our entire trip to Australia. There were a few glitches with vendors during the tour, but Angelica was able to quickly resolve everything to keep us on track and enable to thoroughly enjoy everything (even with the 8 hour time difference!).
The best tour of the entire trip was the Blue Mountain Aboriginal Experience tour with a private Aboriginal guide for our group of three. This was our 17 year old grandson's favorite part of the trip - even beating out snorkeling with sharks and turtles on the Great Barrier Reef (although that was a very close second).

About Australia did a wonderful job setting up our trip! Angelica was timely and extremely helpful prior to leaving and once we arrived everything worked as outlined. We were met by professional drivers, stayed at lovely hotels near the action and the tours were top shelf! I was very happy with everything from the drivers to the tours!

Overall we were very satisfied with the customer service we received from our Travel Adviser Angelica Lilly. From start to finish she worked closely with us to ensure our concerns and desires were met. She provided us a comprehensive travel itinerary that exceeded our expectations. Due to weather issues we were forced to change our itinerary. Upon contacting "About Australia" Melanie Brown quickly assisted us in locating alternate accommodations and air travel. It was comforting to know that we could reach out to About Australia and receive assistance as needed. After the initial weather hiccups/delay our remaining trip was absolutely outstanding and all the credit belongs to Angelica whose knowledge of the New Zealand/Australia region is excellent. Upon our return I contacted Angelica and requested assistance with filing a travel insurance claim. Though it took a little longer than expected Sally Watson( Accounting Office) provided us all the information I requested to file my claim. We highly recommend "About Australia" to anyone who wants to independently travel this part of the world. Thank you for making our vacation a memoreable one.

I really enjoyed the trip planned by About Australia. I had so many questions and had no idea how big Australia really was. She helped me make sure I got to fit in everything I wanted to see and kept the trip within my budget. While traveling it was very easy to follow the instructions in my travel package. I really appreciated the extra tips they provided.

Ana organized a 14 day road trip in Australia - 10 hotels and 2 tours. With one exception, hotels and tours were very good; the one exception was in a remote spot in Western Australia with limited hotel options. Also had an issue with an airport transfer when we first landed, but that was mostly due to international flight changes.
I have no hesitation in recommending Ana Musgray and About Australia for booking your travel to Australia.

About Australia made my trip of a lifetime come true, where nationally known travel companies could not meet my specific dates, cities, and activites. Their suggestions and hotel choices for each AU and NZ city enhanced the trip. They booked all the special tours and airport shuttles. This was definately a custom tour.
We had some serious weather events to deal with and our About Australia representative was in continual comtact with us and arramged all tour chamges.
