I needed 6 smart baseboard heaters. I decided Stelpro stzw402wb+ was best value. I believe Stelpro had manufacturing issues on the first date-lot-code set I bought. For the 6 units, 3 had differing defects. The last 2 I got replaced had newer date-lot-codes and worked flawlessly. Other than the inconvenience of sending units back, Aartech was excellent at supporting the exchange.

I needed to replace 2 discontinued wired smoke detectors. Contacted Aartech customer service and they provided the correct information. Purchased the new ones from their website, received them in 3 days. Our system is working properly again. I recommend aartech.ca.

Called Customer Service for an online purchase and asked if I could place the order and have the delivery date deferred which they did without hesitation. The Customer Service Representative was very pleasant to speak to, knowledgeable and very engaging throughout the call. What a refreshing change from the current norm. My purchase was delayed as requested and delivered promptly without any concerns.
