I need replacement rollers for the seated leg extension attachment but they are not in the parts section. Also, I needed to reorder wolverine cables but had to measure everything. No option to purchase the original lengths.

There was one spot where we don't feel the holes had been drilled correctly and we had to use a hammer to encourage the bolt through, but it was fairly easy to assemble.

As I stated above, the machine has great potential but customer service for parts received damaged have been left unresolved. Would sure have been nice to have some customer service for damaged, torn and bent part received.

This machine has the potential to be fantastic. Arrived with lots of damage to the main seat and a cut on the main roller. After sending pictures of the damage to Yukon I received one call back with no resolution. They simply dropped the ball. They never answer the phone so you can only leave a message. I also emailed them with an offer to please just send me a new seat and roller. Never heard back from them.
