The seat supplied with this machine cannot be extended to the full (3) position without rubbing against the cam, which is already removing the numbering label and will eventually damage the seat. This makes back extensions and ab crunches a no-go. Tried to call customer service several times on Friday, but the lines always busy.

The machine is solid and well built. The adjustments are a bit cumbersome, not as smooth as higher end machines. Overall I consider this a good purchase. Shipping was very quick and assembly easy.

Unfortunately the seat adjuster does not fit the main frame like another review mentioned. I emailed customer service and they have not responded after I sent a video of the issue.

As soon as you remove the item from the box, you realize it is a quality made product. Instructions are easy to follow and putting it together was like building Lego's as a child. Machine works very well.

easy assembly, easy maneuvering to switch exercises, great value, quick delivery, was missing a couple of rubber pieces and had some mismatched size foam pieces but nothing critical...everything works perfect.

Broken weld on one of the structural members. Bent bolting plate on one of the structural members. Scratches in the paint. Other than that seems pretty solid.

Great piece of equipment. I love it. I think The locking pin for the back/chest Pad is a little short it doesn’t go all the way through the hole to lock it in place very good. Maybe it’s got the wrong locking pin came preinstalled. But other than that great Piece of equipment.

Happy with purchase. There are a couple minor things (some parts no longer used, but still appear in instructions and the CAM sticker was not applied with the correct orientation) that do not impact function. Yukon was great in answering my questions and concerns. I received it really quickly.

I like the machine but it was hard to assemble. The shaft that slides into the square shaft for the seat would not slide in. The area where the pin goes through was not flush whit the inside wall. I had to file it down for an hour before i could finally hammer the shaft in. It does not move it is still very tight and needs more filing to get it to move.

We do our best to ensure that every machine purchased is assembled properly and any issues that do arise are dealt with as soon as possible.
