The machine is completely unsusable unless you cut and modify it to actually function. The pads don’t fit correctly on the machine. Also while using the machine with 120lbs(below the weight limit) one of the support grip welds failed. Don’t waste your money on this. Worst home gym purchase I’ve ever made.

Would Never Purchase Anything Other Than Yukon !!! The Best Equipment On The Planet!!! I Know I have Owned 2 In The Past!! Starting Over and Have To Use It Daily For The Rest Of My Life Or Be In Physical Therapy 2-3 Times a Year!! I Know What and How To Do What I Need. The Equipment Is Excellent and I Can Do Everything from Home! Thanks Yukon!!

I received the machine and it works great, but it looks like the box had been open and there was scratches on the machine. My husband thinks it was used and sent back.

Love the versatility in one machine, especially for personal training studio. I’m able to use this on my clients of all ages. It is not as sturdy as commercial grade but I still highly recommend it.

I am experiencing trouble with the assembly. There package was missing certain fastening hardware and several sections of the assembly instructions are incompatible with what I actually received.

The seat back and seat backing is made of something like 1/8 inch pressed particle board. It broke in several places when I sat on it and the seat back broke when I laid flat for leg curls. I replaced both with 3/4 inch plywood. The other issue is that after a few months the foam inside the foot roller cushion started to break apart and is now broken in a bunch of places (or whatever you call the cushion that you press or pull against)

Bought this machine a few months ago. Out of the box the machine had a few pieces that were shoddy. Recently the welding came apart during laying ham curls and the weight slammed down on my legs hyper-exdending both legs. Customer service won't even replace the part under warranty. Stay away from this machine and company. Lifter with a few decades of experience fyi so I know quality when I see it and this isn't it.

I am not happy with the amount of movement that is in the joints where the machine gets adjusted for sitting and then laying on.

This machine has the potential to be fantastic. Arrived with lots of damage to the main seat and a cut on the main roller. After sending pictures of the damage to Yukon I received one call back with no resolution. They simply dropped the ball. They never answer the phone so you can only leave a message. I also emailed them with an offer to please just send me a new seat and roller. Never heard back from them.

As I stated above, the machine has great potential but customer service for parts received damaged have been left unresolved. Would sure have been nice to have some customer service for damaged, torn and bent part received.

This machine provides 4 different exercises which is great. Once you figure out the settings all excersizes are smooth and functionable
