I ordered two of these cables, one was perfect for the Yukon Adjustable Cable Crossover the other one was about 3 inches too short. When you order two identical cables for that price, you expect them to both be the same.

We regret the error made with Doug's cable. We have immediately made another cable with the correct length and sent it to Doug to replace the incorrect cable. We will always correct any errors made by our company right away at no cost to the customer.

Easy to navigate website. Shipping was a little expensive, but I understand there's not much y'all can do about that. I don't know how standard sizing is on cables. If most cable is the same size I would mark which cable is probably the one customers are looking for.

I was happy with the quick response and delivery of the cables I ordered, however, one of them was about 1" longer than I ordered and the other had threads that did not seem to match up with my equipment. I was able to make the cables work and I'm happy that my equipment is back in operation. After nearly 20 years I'm still delighted with my purchase of the Yukon Caribou III with weight stack and pec deck. Thank you!

I was happy with the ease of ordering and impressed with the quick delivery of my service parts. My only issue was one cable was a bit long but I was able to make it work. I love my Caribou III rack. I appears you no longer carry the Caribou III with the optional weight stack and pec deck attachments. I really love those features in mine! Thank you.
