First time I actually listened to a salesperson and I am so happy I did. I grilled Phil BIG TIME but he never lost his cool. I was impressed and now I understand why. After nine months my dealership has offset well over $22,000 in CC fees with minimal push-back from customers. Awesome!

I fought with my wife for weeks about changing the payments structure at our restaurant. She didn't want to rock the boat, but Papa got his way and she's eating her words now! It wasn't a quick decision, I definitely did my homework, but Wholesale Payments Direct was professional and knowledgeable through the entire process. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service and expertise I have received from WPD! Yeah...I was skeptical at first, but grilled them with every question I could think of. I received straightforward answers without any sales pitches. It was obvious I was in good hands so I made the switch. My cash flow has never been better and I've been able to add two more chairs to my salon - 10 STARS!

My dad founded this repair shop over forty years ago. After he retired last year, I decided we needed to look at upgrading our payment options and hardware. When wholesale payments direct came calling, I decided to listen. The results have been amazing - I still cannot believe we went on for so long paying these ridiculous credit card fees! Our customers don't mind the new pricing structure at all. Looking forward to next month's statement, which never happens ?? LOL

It's hard to know which CC vendor you can trust. I get hundreds of calls each year as a small business owner and just want to slam the phone down. With WPD, the entire process felt different - no pushy selling at all, just hard facts and transparent fees. It was a big decision, but after educating ourselves and our team about surcharge compliance, we were confident to make a change. Our margins have widened at the restaurant and we all feel more confident. It's been great and we owe it to you guys! I would definitely recommend you to my friends!
