First things first - it seems like a scam, I know. I scoured the Internet to make sure I wasn't breaking the law and even called my attorney to make sure surcharging was legal. It was. It's been almost a year and my restaurant is more profitable than ever before. All I can tell you is to do your research and make sure it's the right decision, say some prayers, and then take the plunge. Businessowners take calculated risks. Reclaiming your profits from huge credit card companies should be one of them. WPD can help you

I've been curious about offsetting credit card transactions for years. What the heck took me so long to make the switch!? My customers are fine with it and any complaints are dealt with by the push of a button. Such a no-brainer. Don't be like me, switch ASAP!

I've lost count of how many times I've hung up on credit card processing people trying to sell me products and services I don't need. Phil's pitch was different. She never gave up and I am glad about that! I'm saving between $1200-$2200 monthly and my customers don't even notice the new pricing. I wish she'd called me sooner! Excellent team and excellent service. They dotted the 'I's' and crossed the 't's' so I was comfortable signing up. So far so good! Top-notch company and employees.

The transition to a new pricing structure went very smoothly and I haven't heard many complaints at all from my patrons. Even the old guys during the day don't seem to mind. All I have to do is explain why the fee is there and people don't think twice, or they pull out cash, either way is fine by me. Great idea and a great company.

Our car dealership handles a high volume of credit card transactions every month so when some guy called saying he could cut those fees by 90% it caught my attention. I did my diligence on WPD and found them to be quite reputable - five months later it's still smooth sailing with promises delivered. AMAZING!

I despised the amount of money I was losing to the credit card companies every month. When Jennifer suggested I could save 80-90% of that amount each month I laughed at her. This is crazy. I would almost believe it isn't legal if I hadn't read every word of compliance with my own two eyes. Charging a small service fee for credit card transactions is such a tiny way to keep huge profits. I am thrilled!

I run a restaurant known for its breakfast menu and Sunday brunches. Great service and people. My parents wanted to retire to Hawaii and get away from the restaurant, a surcharging program was exactly the thing we needed to achieve those results. The world of self-storage runs on recurring credit card transactions. Paying the credit card companies every month was a bummer to say the least. I never in a million years thought I could keep that money, but now I do! Saving thousands of dollars automatically every month is AH-MAZING.

If you're reading this review, you are probably where I was about six months ago - strapped for cash and looking around for a solution. Wholesale Payments Direct is legit and delivers the best customer service I've experienced - and I've been dealing with shady credit card guys for years. The signage and compliance stuff scared me, but my granddaughter pushed me to give the new pricing a try. She was right. The extra money saved is allowing us to upgrade some of our shop equipment that needed to be replaced - I couldn't be happier!
