I received the watch 1/24/24. Watch is not working, seems the battery is out! I buy a watch with this price I expect to receive it functional and with working battery! Please let me know how can i return it and why its not working? ORDER NUMBER #7845899 I sent you an email yesterday and day before yesterday that the watch is not working and i got no response yet in this regard.
