These guys are class acts, and know their stuff. We recently remodeled our home and needed a new oven, a hood, a fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryers, we purchased them all through Varouj Appliances, and they were nice enough to give us a discount for purchasing multiple products, they answered all our questions for every appliance, they shipped out everything together in one shipment, it arrived on time, in excellent condition.

Was a little confused at checkout, I thought it was paypal only, I called in and they cleared it up, paypal processes the credit card payment. We've recently moved in, located in Los Angeles. We called our order in and received excellent support, Arvin answered all our questions regarding warranty, installation, and product features. Their dispatch gave us a call the same day to schedule delivery for tomorrow, Miro and Ara did a great job bringing the stove in, taking the old one out, and installing. They cleaned up after themselves, and made tested the oven as well as cooktop portion of stove. Very caring and professional service!

Been using Varouj for maybe 20 years or more to supply appliances for our Apartment business and I see major improvements in scheduling and the personnel.
