This is an excellent ice maker. The reason for the 4 star is: When I purchased the ice maker, the shipping rate was showing $35 on the site.
Later, I got a notice that I needed to pay $64 as we were in Hawaii. It ended up being 99$ for the shipping.
I got a very courteous service from both gentlemen I talked to. We received our package after a few days.

A stove size 20inch for $243 with free delivery and no sales tax, WOW! Not sure how the stove looks with small dents and scrateches, but I was willing to take the change of purchasing it. The price fit my budget. Unbelievable the cost of a 20inch stove on other sites. Thank you for having a stove that meets my budget.

My order on October 2 TDS8515TB was no longer available yet you took my crdit card, I received no email stating you had gotten my order or it was no llonger available, I called and reordered again thinking you had not receive the my original order. I did this on Oct. 10 I have called several times and no one is helping me my credit card has been charged over 1,000.00 and now it's November 11 and still lno response. If I do not hear back within the next 24 hours I'm calling the better business bureau and will let the public know how you operate. Very upsetting to be treated in this manor. Barbara Raley
