thought it was too large to start but after rolling up the sleeve as it is suppose to be and taking another look it will be great. Like the color and style.

This is a well-made, warm coat! I really love that it's mid-weight, not heavy, but it's nice and warm and stylish with lots of pockets for anything I would need to carry. I have not had the chance to wear it yet, but I'm looking forward to wearing it in 20 degree weather when I'm out walking my dog. I'm hoping it's going to be my future go-to coat for all my winter errands. It is also true to size!

I ordered a medium because I read the reviews, which said it tended to run large in size. This coat is actually true to size, so if you are normally a large, you would need to buy a large. I now have a large and can wear a hooded sweatshirt underneath if I needed to. But it fits very well without one. I had to return the medium, and was able to put it into a smaller box, which saved me on postage. I sent it ground, and it only took 4 days get back to VV. They immediately credited my account and sent me an email, which was fantastic because I wanted to wait for the credit to hit my card before I placed another order for a large. The new coat only took one day to arrive, so I had my new coat right away, which was great! I am convinced that Valley Vet is an excellent company, and will definitely order additional items through them in the future!

This coat is everything I was hoping for! I’m 5’5” 140 lbs. and have extra wide shoulders for a woman. I ordered a medium and it fits great! Roomy enough to wear a heavy sweater underneath if I need to. The sleeves are extra long which is great for riding. I highly recommend this coat!

I love this jacket. Great pockets. Warm. My only recommendation for improvement would be to make the zipper heavy duty. But it’s a very nice jacket regardless

This coat is comfortable, warm, and allowed me to do barn chores easily. It’s often below zero in the mornings when I feed & this coat is roomy enough to allow for another jacket underneath. Sleeves are long! But I like that. If you don’t, cuff them. Tons of pockets. Side vent snaps at hips are perfect. Haven’t worn it to ride yet (too cold/wet). But I’m sure it will be great. I’m 5’8”, 175#, wide hips & purchased a large. I’m going to look for a lighter weight Berne jacket for spring/fall.

This barn coat is well-made, warm and comfortable. I am not crazy about the longer back section and I would like it to be a bit shorter...because the length restricts my movement a bit. I have to say, though, that they added two side slits that can be opened to give more roominess.

Whoever designed this jacket works outside regularly. It has four pockets on the front plus two for your hands (do not snap), and one zippered for keys. Inside…two that velcro closed and one that zips. You can fit about two dozen eggs in this thing if you need to. The tail comes down well in the back, and there are two snaps at the shirt of the jacket you can unsnap for riding. Sleeves are long. Jacket is warm. Flannel is cute. Hood zips off which is great because I normally wear a hoodie underneath and don’t like a hood on the jacket. Plum color gorgeous. Im 5’5”, 165lbs and generally wear M or L, I ordered it in Medium and it has a great fitted look with hoodie underneath. I think this jacket runs a tick big so if you’re in between sizes, order the smaller for a fitted look. ValleyVet had a great price and shipped very quickly, I’m so happy with this purchase. Thanks!
