Banamine Transdermal is very useful in situations where injectable can NOT safely given IV in beef cattle or dairy cattle below 20m age. DO NOT use in unintended species as reviewed above by Ace - blister and reactions have occured in equines and absorbtion in sheep/small ruminants does not occur as it does in cattle because of different follicle/skin anatomy. And per our merck tech vet,one dose is good for up to 48-72 hours. Multiple dosing as listed by Ace should be cautioned against because of chances of abomasal ulcer with certain NSAIDs

I love this stuff! So easy to use, great for animals that I have to treat for multiple days and neonates. I'm surprised to hear of someone reporting skin irritation in cattle. I use this on ewes and lambs, never had a bad reaction. Seems like it would be a boon to horse barn managers for colic as well. No risk of IM injection site tissue reaction if you lack the skill to give an IV injection. It's more expensive but totally worth it for us to to keep this on hand for some cases.

Temperature decreased however both heifers I used this this medication on had a reaction and it caused blistering accross the top of their backs.. It was noticed about 1 minute after applying medication and they started kicking at stomachs and became aggressive running and bucking not ideal response for sick heifers who were having breathing problems to begin with.
Why Trust Verified Reviews?
Verified Reviews are real, authentic reviews collected from actual paying customers, using Shopper Approved's Verified Review Platform. When reviews are Verified by Shopper Approved, you know that you can trust them to make better buying decisions.
Unverified Reviews on the other hand, are reviews collected by Open Review platforms that allow anyone to leave a review, without any validation or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, most reviews you read online are Unverified Reviews, and can't be trusted.
As a consumer, here's how you can tell the difference:
Verified Reviews from Verified Review Platforms like Shopper Approved, have much higher review counts and higher overall Star ratings, because they attempt to collect reviews from every single paying customer.
Unverified reviews from Open Review Platforms, tend to have much lower review counts and more negative Star ratings, because people with bad experiences are primarily those who leave reviews. This often creates a misleading, inaccurate portrayal of a companies true reputation.
So, when searching for Verified Reviews, look for the name you know you can trust. Shopper Approved.
