I called MacAfee.....said their one time fix was 69.95....and they do all their in house support. so not sure if I got taken for 100 bucks or not....I hope not, as the next time I get a virus, this computer is going to the dumpster

I cannot say enough to praise Charlie for the help, patience, knowledge and professionalism he has shown. I bought a new PC..first PC in ten years. In only three days of having the machine, it became infected with viruses and malware. I contacted Dell support and was connected with this gentleman who spent literally hours on the phone last night and again this morning to fix the issues and get my new computer functioning properly. While I do not understand how a brand new computer could have been this compromised in only three days, Charlie was nothing short of a life saver for me. Your company should be very proud to have an individual like him on your staff!!!
