Hector gets a 5 star!!!!!! He was fantastic!!! He sold the home in one day and for more than asking price.
We lucked out when we chose Hector. He goes above and beyond. He is the nicest gentleman and excellent customer service. He gets back to you within minutes when you have a question.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone and they will thank me.
I cannot say enough good things about him.

Kristi is GREAT! Helped us through the stress of selling and her listing advice was professional. The 3D video tour was impressive. Extremely satisfied with her service.

Overall, the experience was excellent. I have no complaints whosoever. The only issue I have, which has nothing to do with Mr. Sherman is with the Title Company. I did not received my proceeds immediately after signing the sale documents like normal, but several days after, which leads me to believe that either they are not up to processing remotely or that they made money with my money meantime.
