Paul Saperstein was the best broker. Selling a home is a nightmare. We had 50 showings in 5 weeks and he really came through. They worked very well for us. Always knew when to convince us of reality and when to convince the buyers. We were pleased with their professionalism and sober clear thinking.

Realtor was professional and patient as we got organized to sell the house. Her team was efficient with the listing, photos, and showings. We were notified through text for showings. 3 offers were clearly presented after the first weekend and closing happened as scheduled!

Second Try to send. Mark did a very good job for us couldn't of asked for more. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing A neighbor came up and asked him to do something and he said he couldn't do it because he couldn't do something that conflicted with our sale. He is very very knowledgeable about everything he does. Bobbie and I were very happy with what he did for us. He right the right things at the right time to make things work out wellhappen, even till the end when it closed. I had been agonizing for a couple weeks over which realtor to call to help me sell my condo. There's so many to choose from. Sean Healy was a very diligent and honest realtor! He was in constant communication with us. While he was very busy helping his other clients, he always made us feel like we were his only clients and never seemed to be in a hurry to "move on" to his next project. Sean was with us from the very first day we hired his services until escrow closed and the money was wired into our bank. He even helped us retrieve an item that we left behind at the property he helped us sell a day after escrow closed. I would highly recommend Sean Healy for anyone's realtor. He does what he says and he will work hard for you.
