Upnest gave me a list of realtors to choose from and I spoke with Alex. He promised items and delivered. Alex kept in constant contact with us so we were kept up to date. We were very very pleased with the job he did and have given his name to friends.

She provided exogenous services to help me since I was in a different city and couldn't provide the solutions necessary. Professional is a genertal word....but my definition is that someone really professional and confident becomes an advocate. I own real estate, had a real estate company, and was a builder of luxury homes for many years which I believe qualifies me to make a judgement about professionalism and Deborah meets those standards in every way. Hifhly recommended.

Amy brought experience and expertise to the listing. It all went very well. We highly recommend her.

Steve did a superior job of marketing the property. He retained an expert photographer for the 'look book' that presented the home beautifully. Steve flew his own drone quite expertly to take overhead shots of the whole property. He advised us on meaningful improvements to maximize buyer perception of the property value. It was an informative experience working with him.

Made it very clear to Cheryl that I needed a real estate agent who was going to fight for me. She assured me that I had nothing to worry about. Cheryl's parents got sick in Florida so she passed me on to Silvana. First red flags that I ignored was that I advise Silvana I wanted the listing to stay as is, but she advised me against it. Second red flag was when we finally found a potential buyer and they were being very demanding and their request and instead of fighting for me Silvana kept inviting me just to give in and give them what they want it. The house closing Was pushed back three times. In my frustration I voiced to Silvana in a private conversation things I felt the potential buyer did not deserve any other comments that I felt were private between she and I. Next day their lawyer were advised that they were informed of all the things that I had discussed with Silvana. I found this to be both shocking and an ethical. My daughter and I got the impression that she either knew the potential buyers or they were family members because she was fighting more for them than she was for me. I had to leave to Florida to care for an elderly mother before closing Silvana advised me that she would take care of everything and anything I need it. When the potential buyers they're not find That the house was not to their satisfactory and wanted me to remove more items that came with the house when I purchased it Silvana told me she would take care of it. Turns out after Silvana claimed to have cleared the house the potential buyer still were not happy and I had to handle this and other issues from Florida. Silvana was not helpful at all. Conclusion I strongly feel she knew the potential buyers and that her concern was to rush the process and be over with it regardless of how it affected me the person who hired her. Sadly to say I was very disappointed never again will I use Remax or Cheryl services I would not recommend them to anyone.

Perhaps we were just lucky that this was the easiest sale I've ever made. She was accommodating to our needs, and found us a buyer before the house was on the market for a price greater than the offering price.

Pamela was an excellent realtor. She patiently worked with us, despite our many times of anxiety. She gave us an accurate perspective of the market, kept us updated on changes, and advised us on how to make the house more marketable. I'm thankful for having her partnership throughout the process.
