When I first contacted her about selling my home I was in the early stage of the process and finalizing a divorce. She still came out and provided me with a market analysis. And kept in touch with me until it was time to list almost 6 months later. They did a great job describing our home for the listing and the pictures were magnificent. It sold quick. Karen is just the best agent out there. She was our agent and fought so hard to meet our needs and to get the best deal out there; which she did. She was knowledgeable and was always available to answer questions. She was prompt in her responses as well. She guided us through out the whole process and was able to lessen any anxieties and stresses from the selling process. She is thorough and detail oriented. She was able to catch an error that was made by the buyer's inspection company and saved us thousands of dollars in the process. I was really satisfied with the work she did. Within 5 minutes of meeting Kip in person, the daunting process of selling our 2 family rental was laid out in uncomplicated terms. I have mixed feelings about Jay. He is knowledgeable about different situations and got us more price than what we were asking for. It is a seller's market and total credit of above list price can be attributed to the market. One thing I can complain about Jay is his availability, he seems very busy and usually take a day or two to get back to you.
