Great site, great options and great product. However, I live in Honolulu and the cheapest shipping option is almost $50. Marlena, the customer service rep was very pleasant, but the shipping is the one downside to my order :( We order things on the internet from the mainland US all the time and there are DEFINITELY other (read: cheaper) shipping options beside FedEx 2-day out there! Even for those of us that live "overseas"...

Your product descriptions are clunky and technical. Descriptions are sometimes too much and in other cases little to no description is provided at all. Images are often shown to illustrate, but sometimes there's nothing, leaving me guessing about an option, feature or accessory. I was also surprised that no warranty options existed. I have heard some people complain of having technical problems with your products and getting poor support afterward. I am taking a chance as I like the features of your product but I hope the lack of warranty coverage and the reviews of poor customer support don't bite me in the butt.

For my first saber, I was originally gonna get this hilt with just premium sound. Then I stumbled upon the Emerald driver. This thing is excellent. Hilt has multiple choke points and infinite color/sound options. Makes me feel 10 years younger. Thank you Ultrasabers!
