Placed an order for 13 sets (3 different sizes) of shutters on 6/8. The shipment arrived about 2 weeks later. The good part stops there. I received 10 sets of 1 size and only needed 6. I didn't receive 4 sets of another size that was on the order. A simple error in shipping that should've been easily remedied. This began weeks of calling and leaving messages, sending emails, and entering comments online. During this time I never received a return call. I received one email saying the replacements were being shipped, and was given a tracking number - which was the same tracking number of the original shipment ! Know that the company that states they are 'the nation's leader in first class customer service' is anything but that. I reported them to the BBB and Florida Sec. of State. Fortunately I contacted my credit card company and was given a partial credit. But now I have had to purchase another brand of shutters that will different.
