I signed electionicallly for settlement but never received a copy of settlement papers from Ryan Thomas when I asked him for a copy to use for my HUD housing contract. Would not use him again.

I had expected more expertise.

Poor communication and lower than asking prices. I don't think they brought a single customer to the table. It was a go getter agent that came. All the talk was fluff.

I brought the buyer to the agent the day it listed before it was shown to anyone. Since he only had to do very minimal work, I felt it was the ethical thing to reduce his percentage. He was super testy when I brought it up and refused to lower it at all. He made close to $10,000 for hardly any time spent.

I chose a realtor from the list I was provided by Top Agents Ranked. My experience was dismal! I anticipated a great experience, but was sadly mistaken. I literally regret listing with the agent I chose. Stephanie West. There were issues right from the start! I should have noticed the red flags! Unfortunately I did not move along, I stayed with her! No step by step communication with the seller(unbelievable), unnecessary surcharges etc etc. The list goes on! I've never experienced such poor customer service from a realtor! A horrendous experience! I would not recommend her to anyone, ever! I think her bio, experience, reviews etc are false! I'm still stunned!

With very little experience in dealing with realtors I relied on this site to find someone who was a helpful, professional,and efficient realtor, who made the effort to benefit customers. I felt let down as I was steered in more than one occasion toward the easiest option, which might have made more money and required the least effort on the realtors part, it ended up causing much more work and cost to me on a home we already spent 3 years trying to make as nice as physically possible.

Had a Title issue that needed to be resolved
The Broker Liane Jameson dropped me like a hot potato; risk adverse and not pro-client. Of course title issue resolved and the brokerage was first in line for commission. They need to recognize when claims are obviously unwarranted and an attempt to 'shake down' their client, and be more empathetic to their clients and be patient in resolving issues.

The agent I ended up using did not represent my interests as her client. She sold my home but thought the process ended once the contract was signed. I was more than disappointed with the final result.

Phone interviewed 3 of recommended agents. Arranged to meet 2 in person at the property; liked both, hired 1. He turned out to be good at making an impression, but didn't do the job we'd repeatedly asked him to do. He literally took the first offer, had the property falsely listed at in contract when it wasn't, and subsequently all others scheduled to visit cancelled. I repeatedly asked him to correct the listing and he never did. After the sale went through--as there were no other offers, the property seemingly being off this hot market--he had the never to ask my husband and I to recommend him to other potential clients. If we did, then we'd get an unspecified "gift card." Not that we got one for the many thousands of dollars he made from the sale...not even, literally, a thank you. Blake Michaud evidently rakes in the sales, but he's about the last agent I'd suggest someone hire at this point. Really wish we'd hired the other agent my husband and I interviewed.

It became obvious after engaging your recommended "Top Agent", that she was our "agent" in name only because after the initial meeting and signing of the realtor contract, we only dealt with her team members. Although the services provided by her team were very satisfactory in that the house was sold. I just think it's a bit misleading to make prospective buyers/sellers think they are getting a top notch sales agent when it's her team that does all the work. Your Top Agents simply collect the listings in their name and that's how they become top listers...not that they themselves are extraordinary sales people.

We were expecting to find larger agencies with more than one agent...as per the logos of most of the large national agencies displayed on your web site. Some of the agencies you referred us to were in Lexington, over 30 miles away. Our friends in the area gave us a few names of agents with a good local reputation, but none of them showed up on your list.

Was not happy with recommendations after selecting agents (2). Both were uncommunicative, both got important details wrong. Finally sold the home at a terrible lose.

Pretty worthless, did not find it to be valuable add to the process

Interviewed 3 of your recommended agents. Hired one who was great with initial listing and honing in on selling price. However her recommendation for atty was a disaster and she allowed herself to be bullied by buyers atty and realtor. Not a good choice for higher end home.
