My overall experiences with the Paper Mill Store have been excellent. This order was a little off. I ordered 10 packages of white and 10 of brown. I received 12 of white and 8 of brown. I can use them either way so I wasn't too upset about that. However, I've noticed that several of the packages of 250 pages have some damaged pages in them which is disappointing. I'm assuming that's happened during the production and packing because the way they were packed would make it difficult to damage them in transit. Aside from that, I love the paper--it is excellent quality.
