Hi there,
I recently ordered a 250 box of envelopes, but out of those 250 15 of them arrived damaged and were not usable. The glue from the seal had ripped off the envelope after it, etc. Also the paper was noticeably thinner than my previous purchases.

At first, it was very difficult to get someone on the chat to actually understand what I was asking for. I was asking for an envelope to fit a 5 x 7. That was extremely frustrating. I think I spoke to three different people on chat. Finally, I called and one person didn't know what I was talking about, but the second time I called I got someone who did and that turned out to be good.

Good shopping experience, great phone help. Downside is that your shipping charges are exorbitant. Staples prices are actually a bit cheaper AND there is no shipping charge.
