The sales team was outstanding. The unit was shipped out and delivered on time. The first unit received the boxes looked perfect on the outside but once opened the indoor unit was severely dented. I did not want to take a chance so I denied the delivery with the AC outlet on the phone. It is very important to open the boxes, I found it very hard to convince the driver to let me open the boxes. A claim was submitted and a new unit was shipped out to me, and looked much better.
