I was referred to TT by a fellow colleague. I had trouble getting the website to accept the same files they had used, so they had to be redone. The white "options" weren't really clear, so I used the chat feature to get those questions answered, which they did within 24 hrs. Shipping time was good, tatts showed up in good shape. I won't use them until October, but my colleague liked the ones she ordered.
