The ordering process was relatively easy and the customer service representative was able to have the design team change the color of our logo which saved me a lot of time. The pens arrived in plenty of time for our event and they look pretty good. However, the pens have a lot of scratches on them which make them look less professional.

I have a low budget for Marketing goodies and most places require at least 250 items at minimum. I was able to find products I wanted at lower quantities and that fit within my budget. The products turned out amazing and I can't wait to start giving them out! I would give a 10/5 for stars!!!!

I had hit the button to charge my credit card twice and had not followed the directions sent to me by the Barefoot Swag person. Once I contacted Barefoot Swag, they correct my mistake right away and everything was good. Also, I found it very easy to correspond with the Barefoot Swag representative who helped me with the design of our company logo and everything has turned out great.
