had many issue with getting my order through.
I do not think that we should pay extra for delivery and adding 90$ for the stairs seems excessive...
I contacted the customer service many times but without any luck waving the delivering fees.
I am now looking for a quick delivery so my daughter starts enjoying it soon.

Quite disappointed with FlexrStep. I have contacted the customer service and look forward to hearing back form them, allowing me to return it. Trampoline is great otherwise although a bit expensive.

A well-resolved product. Safe, and a winner aesthetically. Quality components and easy to follow assembly instructions. (I managed to assemble with my 13yr old daughter and I swore never to self assemble after past experience with kit-sets). Superb service - and delivery even in lock-down! This tramp has saved my sanity when stuck at home for 6 weeks with restless children.
