We received the trampoline 2 days after ordering, very impressive! We completed the first 3 steps immediately but strong winds and worse forecast delayed the completion. We spent another hour today completing the set-up and we're delighted with the result. Yes, it is tricky and we double-checked instructions several times but we got there without any mistakes. My advice: DO follow the instructions and all steps. If it doesn't make sense trust me, it will further down the process. DO NOT be tempted to take short cuts, there ain't any! It was very do-able with one fairly strong husband and myself, a not-so-strong support person. I pulled the rods from inside the trampoline while hubby pushed them into the net holders, that worked good for us. Overall we're very happy and the kids delighted! Already had tears about who's turn it is... Thanks for the great product and great service.

We have had our large square Springfree trampoline for 2 1/2 years now & it gets used everyday of the year. My kids love it & safety features are especially appealing to us.Thank you Springfree for an A+++ product.

This is an awesome trampoline! Love it - so big and bouncy even the adults get on there - which the kids love! Found it really hard to assemble, the spring bits were extremely challenging so make sure there are a few strong people to do this. Make sure you follow the instructions really carefully because there is no part of this job that you want to re-do. But once up it is worth the effort!
