The best trampoline money could buy. Its safe and fun for all ages and boy this thing is massive.. Great customer service also..One thing i would add i think the step should be frr with the trampoline thats the only con..

Excellent product - took a few hours to set up as there is one tricky bit! Installation video was very helpful. It isn't as bouncy as I expected but enough to keep the kids happy.

Having abided by the instructions and advice we watched the online set up procedures and read the instructions. We were looking forward to having an easy set up. 6.5hrs later............. Before retiring for the night, we searched YouTube to see how others installed. We found a video of one chap installing by himself and the next day we had it all finished in 40mins. We found the instructions difficult to work through and the video detail was not zoomed in or out enough to show the full process. We suggest reviewing YouTube footage for hot tips to save hours of heart ache and frustration. Other than that, our son LOVES IT and we're ENJOYING IT!!

I bought a SF90 trampoline 6 years ago. My husband and a male friend took several hours to assemble it on Christmas Eve, with lost skin and several bruises. I understand that installation is easier with the newer models. It would have to be. Within 3 years, the harsh NZ sun destroyed the outer casing of all the rods, both upper and lower. I called Springfree and replacement rods were sent promptly, at no cost. Removing the upper rods and replacing the casings was easy enough for me to accomplish alone, but removing and replacing the casings of the lower rods was beyond me. Luckily, Springfree were able to recommend installers, who removed the old casings and re-erected the trampoline. For anyone moving house (or otherwise needing to deconstruct their trampoline) I would thoroughly recommend a professional installer.

Love our spring free tramp we just purchased for our 2 young kids. Easy to put up if you have patience and read and follow instructions. The bounce is awesome. So glad we purchased springfree as i'm sure we will have it for years to come :)

love the trampoline,didnt love putting it together, most of it really easy, video did help a bit would of been better if it showed it being made from start to finish not just bits and the part with the net was the most confusing, why throw it in the middle?? once you have lined up the blue dots, why not just pull it over the edge where it will hang anyway?? we watched the video again and again it just didn't make sense, id say pay the $140nzd and get the people to do it for you, in fact springfree when you pay $2000nzd for a trampoline why not offer free installation?? thanks for the tramplone we love it

Our kids have loved every minute of owning our springfree tramp. They have grown up on it & they all seem to learn how to do a sommersault at the same age 4. They do tricks & flips, play soccer & wrestle, have dolls parties, sleepovers, waterfights. It has entertained people from 1 to 70 & all have been enthralled. As a child I struggled to do a flip, but have been doing them for 9 years after my 5 year-old taught me soon after we got the tramp. It has been hours of fun for everyone, a compact party in the back yard & our "Family-Bounce" is great for keeping us together. This has been the single best purchase for our family & we don't ever want to be without it.

Good instruction video and simple to set up. The kids LOVE it and would rather bounce and play on the springfree than watch TV. Which is what I love about it.

An excellent trampoline, which feels solid and the design well thought out. Assembly is complex so if doing it yourself make sure you allow plenty of time, get some help and follow the videos online. We struggled with the net positioning and watched the video a couple of times before we got it right, but overall the instructions were good. Make sure you have some-one fairly strong to get all the rods in, some go quite easy, but there are a few which take quite a bit of effort to get in place.

A great trampoline - very safe and seems to be sturdy and robust and looks like it will last for ages (we've had it 1 yr so far). No problems or regrets buying this trampoline. The only thing worth mentioning from my point of view is that you should make sure you read the assembly instructions ALL THE WAY THROUGH before attempting to assemble. Make sure you understand what order to do everything in. I put the rods in consecutively going round the trampoline as opposed to going back and forth across it. So I had to back track after getting 3/4 of the way round. Very frustrating!Review from kids: generally good, perhaps the only down side is that it might not be the bounciest trampoline in the world.But all good really. I would not hesitate to recommend this trampoline to anyone thinking of purchasing one.

This trampoline may be safest trampoline in the world but for the installer the most dangerous, I read the installation manual and all the safety warnings and still managed to break my nose and end end up in north shore hospital. The fibre glass rods are under a huge amount of bending force this one took me by surprise and my face was in the firing line. Luckily for me I had my sunglasses on which saved my eye but not my nose. The assembly instructions warn you of keeping your head away from the fibre glass rods but for some reason I had my head in the wrong place at the wrong time. The lesson that can be learn't from this is to always ware safety glasses and keep you head well away from the poles. Or pay an installer. Now that i'm an expert in installation in happy to install yours for you.

After researching many brands of trampolines, we bought this for our 2 year old. The installation was challenging (just under two hours), but we expected this after reading the reviews, and to see it completed was fantastic. We are impressed with the customer service, quick delivery and quality of the product. It looks great and are thrilled with the safety aspects of the trampoline. Our 2 year old loves it, and we hope she will have many years of fun!

HiSince our trampoline was purchase from a show and was being used as a demo. Between the show and getting it home it ended up with the powder coating on the frame getting damaged. There are a few areas where the metal is showing.Also when attaching the mat to the rods I found that many of the socket holders on the mat were out of position. I only figured this out after getting through attaching many of the rods. It was impossible to continue inserting rods and I had a great issue with removing rods to put the socket holders in the correct position.I guess that for first time assembly this wouldn't be a problem, but for a second assembly this can cause a lot of trouble. A note in documention about this would have been good.Anyway, now that that I have assembled it, I can easily do it by myself in just over an hour.ThanksPaul
