Email indicated preorders would begin at 1pm EST/11am MST - they opened at 1030 meaning many of us weren't ready or able to order - several of my peers are very sad :( otherwise process was great. thank you

As all trampoline models were sold out, I signed up for notice when pre-ordering would be available. An email told me 1 pm EST, however I went online 30 minutes ahead of that and found pre-orders were being accepted... and the model I wanted was sold out.
