The guard does not stay in my son's mouth well. The company was kind enough to send us a second impression kit when we did not complete the first one correctly, and I assume we did not do a very good job on the second one either, because the guard does not stay in place. I was under the impression that the garden would somehow snap onto my sons teeth, but whether I just made that up or user error caused us to get a loose guard, I don't know. In any event, the quality doesn't seem any better than the cheap guard my husband made from a do it yourself impression kit from the drugstore.

My experience with the company was pleasant, they were very prompt and courteous. My satisfaction with the end product was not great, however I do not know if it was their fault or hours.

I like the mouthpiece, but it is much softer than I expected and very pliable. I can bend it in half. My last mouthpiece was rigid and lasted years. This one is already showing signs of wear after a week. It would be great for minor issues, but for real teeth grinding I don’t think it will suffice much longer. I may reach out for options on swapping with something more durable.

Same quality as my dentist's at a fraction of the price. Starting to flatten out like my dentist's did, but it's likely that's just how I wear it, no one else's fault, I guess.

Feels better that the one that I had made by my dentist and at a fraction of the price. When this one needs to be replaced, I will by from this place again. Preparing the mold was easier than I thought and the shipping of the mold and the guard was fast and easy. I forgot to include my customer information to ensure that they had the proper address to send my night guard. I contacted them and let them know the date that I mailed the mold and where it would be postmarked and my guard arrived a week and a half later. Great product and great customer service!!

At first my upper gum was sore, but now am getting used to the guard. I like how pliable it is. It definitely is easier to wear than the expensive one that I had made through my dentist, of which I lost. I hope to be more compliant with this guard.thanks Beth H

Overall, I had a very good shopping experience....User-friendly site, good information for making the decision as to which type of guard to order, molding kit arrived quickly--and I appreciate the pre-paid return label, and am pleased with the guard. The only thing I would improve is letting the customer know when the guard has shipped which I didn't receive. However, when I inquired about it, customer service was very prompt with an answer and provided a tracking number. Thanks!
