It's a little thin I wish it was a little thicker. It is a little more flexible than I had hoped. It would work better for me as a retainer during the day. I have ordered a second one that is thicker, hopeful that it is just right!

In initially orders the Pro Form 120 but upon receipt and use for one night, quickly discovered this was not the guard for me. I contacted customer support and explained my issue. I was informed by Joe that they offered a thicker, more cushy guard called strong brux. He stated that I just needed to return the first guard, pop in a check for a bit more money (under $40 bucks), send them in and they'll get working on the replacement. The new guard arrived about a week later and it's wonderful. Thank you to Joe in Customer Support for making the process super easy and for responding to all of my questions in a timely manner. I will definitely order again.

I am so glad I ordered the guard from your company. I had chewed through my old night guard and needed a new one. I paid over $400 for my old guard and the dentist wanted to charge me $360 for a new one. I paid around $100 for a better quality guard from your company. My only real confusion was when I received the package to mold the guard, there was a blank order form. I wasn't sure if I was to fill this out with what I had already ordered and paid for or leave it blank and use only to order extra. I left it blank and my order did come correctly. Also, there was nothing to include in the package saying what address to ship the completed guards to. I got everything but I was a little worried because my kit had none of my original order in it.
