Overall, it was a great experience. I did order the whitening trays with my night guard and did not receive the products to do a bottom plate. I emailed customer service and received an immediate response with an apology and instructions of what they are doing to solve this issue. Was then sent everything I needed. Very impressed with the entire process and my night guard.
