I am an extreme lip biter and teeth clencher at night. This guard is comfortable enough to wear during the day (in which I do) and I also wear at night to sleep in. Hands down. The best guard that I have purchased.

I have tried many different night guards and they all make my clenching worse - I guess because my body feels something in my mouth. I even bought a night guard through my dentist which was very expensive and didn't work for me at all. When I found this thin guard I had to give it a try and it is so comfortable. It fits perfectly and I hardly notice I'm wearing it. I'm so glad to have finally found a guard that is comfortable so I no longer have to be concerned that I'm going to do more damage to my teeth while I'm asleep. In fact, I just ordered a 2nd guard to have a backup because I don't want to be without it!

The guard I received was made different than the others and it caused significant discomfort. I contacted Support and they quickly and efficiently offered to make a new one. Although it's been frustrating to wait even longer for a night guard, I finally received my corrected guard and am pleased with the results.

I've been ordering these 1 mm acrylic night guards for many years. I need them to keep my teeth from shifting due to clenching at night. They are very light weight, similar in feel an appearance to Invisalign. One bite guard lasts about a year for me. The service is amazing -- always someone there to help out with questions or to help adjust the fit. I'm very thankful for this company, as all dentists I've contacted charge about $500 - 600 for the same product.

I use these during the day. I'm hard on them, tend to use them as a chew toy out of habit. Bad habit. But I won't go without them, they keep me from grinding my teeth down more, and needing caps. I keep a spare on hand always.
