My experience with teethnightguard.com was a good one. After I mailed in my initial tooth mold, they sent me another one to do as they didn't consider the first one acceptable for a good fit. I redid the tooth mold again and sent back in, and was very pleased with my final product!

My nightguard came quickly as promised. It’s a good fit and high quality. I got the thickest soft one and it caused my TMJ to get much worse. I clench too hard for the soft style. I’m going to exchange it for the hard style.

I have tried guards from the dentist's office, and I literally flatten them. This one is perfect for my situation and still very comfortable. I actually purchased one a couple years ago and paid for the mold to be kept. I'm glad I did because somehow I left my guard on a trip and now I can easily get it replaced. Customer service is awesome, and the original mold process was easy. I love that the molds are an opaque color, so they look nicer longer. Will definitely continue to use this company.

I like the customer support. There was a problem with one of the molds and Joe sent an email with options to fix or redo. I chose the fix option and they fit perfectly. My wife's did not fit correctly so after emailing him about that, they sent out a new impression kit and had her return the one that did not fit so they could make it right.
