This company far exceeded my expectations of superior customer service. I remember one of my operations mgmt course professors in graduate business school taught us that it is critical to not only fulfill customers' expectations but that businesses must actually "delight" their customers. The way this company has resolved an issue I had (which was not their fault) surpassed what I could have ever imagined. The products are great, the service is great and the value for the return is great.
