The ordering process was very easy, and a customer service rep. was prompt and thorough in answering some additional questions I had via e-mail. After a couple months of use, I think that the product is reliable and worth the cost. It saved me almost $1000, relative to the usurious price that my dentist quoted. The only problem I've experienced is that the recommended 3mm size is too thick for me and moves my jaw into an unnatural position. I may try a thinner size.

This is my second order for this night guard. The reorder process was super easy. I had my mold stored and I was able to get another guard at a discounted rate. This guard really helps my headches, but I guess I wore out the first one! So happy to be able to get my new one so easily!

My dentist said that I need a mouth guard to protect my teeth from clenching. They offered me a custom mouth guard at $500. I tried an OTC mouth guard which was very uncomfortable. I found this site, ordered my kit, and it was easy peasy. I saved $400. I highly recommend it.

this is the 3rd night guard I've purchased here and out of them only one had a good fit. Even heating and trying to re-fit didn't work. This latest version has a large piece that extends above the gumline at the back and irritates my gums there. I could try trimming but I'm worried that then I'd end up with a sharp edge that would be even worse. Even after following the instructions the fit is just too inconsistent
