This review is for the customer service I received when my original purchase came back and did not fit. The guard I received didn’t cover my back molars and didn’t look like my teeth— I ended up escalating it to another customer service representative after going back and forth with one about how to make it fit. The second rep was efficient and resent me a new mold. I just received the second guard in the mail and it fits great. Thank you!

My daughter referred me to your Soft Slim night guard because the others I had tried were so uncomfortable. The impression was easy to make and I received my mold quickly. I love this one that I have ... the other one didn't fit right and I realised too late. It caused sores in my mouth. The fact that I could send it back and have it adjusted until we got it right is a wonderful back up. Also to store the mould now for the future is a bonus! I love this one!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent mouth-guard. I have been having much less jaw pain after wearing my custom made mouth-guard at night. I have had several over the years---some OTC (which were never good experiences) and some custom made for hundreds of dollars. This one is the best of all.
