Super easy to take a mold and my guards always fit great! I do cut mine down a bit due to my gag reflex. These are quality products and I have recommended them to friends who grind their teeth as well. A fraction of the cost of one from the dentist. I have veneers and I trust these to protect them :)

My registered dental hygienist recommended a mouth guard. I was hesitant when she told me their cost! She told me about your company. While my dentist was concerned about getting a great fit, I did research and decided to order one. I am 62 years old and never had a mouth appliance before but I am totally satisfied. The fit is perfect! Thank you for a great and affordable product.

A great value and even better product. The directions are very clear and easy to follow. My only recommendation would be to use a timer when the compound is in your mouth!
