The night guard fits perfectly on my upper teeth. However, my dentist said not to use it because when I clench my teeth, all the pressure is in one point on a front tooth, and she cannot modify it to distribute the weight across more of my front teeth. Thus this night guard is effective for grinding, but not clenching.

The hard flexible dual night guard gets a workout with my clenching and grinding. After a few months I have to replace the mouth guard because the layer inside the guard starts to pull away and get worn down.
