Deemed necessary to have a night guard, my dentist assisted me in choosing exactly what I needed. Due to a human error by me, my extra guard was damaged. Thankfully, the mold was still available and I was able to purchase another. For all details, customer service exceeded expectations! Joe was fabulous is his customer care. Thank you!

I was not about to spend $600 at the dentist to get a guard replacement so went to google. This night guard is EXCELLENT and just the same as I got previously at the dentist. Joe was super helpful in identifying the proper guard based on a picture of my existing one. The fit is awesome on the first try of impression kit. Super easy!!! THANKS!

I am so impressed with this company. They know what they are doing in the lab to make high quality, First Class Mouth Guards.I paid $700 to my Dentist and when I lost it I had to buy another pair for $700. I have talked with the Lab and they are very friendly and knowledgeable about all kinds of Mouth Guards.

I have worn a night guard since 2000 due to TMJ. I hate spending $500 - $600 for one at the dentist. This is the perfect solution for me. I am so happy I found a cheaper route. I needed the hard acrylic one too and so grateful to replace the worn out one I have had for years.

I have had a professional night guard from the dentist for years and it wore out. This night guard seems to fit well but I am still have a lot of sensitivity on one side of my mouth that I tend to grind on each night. I went to the dentist before I ordered this one and he said I needed a hard acrylic night guard. So I was really hoping this would work but I've been wearing it for 3 weeks and the sensitivity is still present. I'm going to give it a little bit more time because I don't want to pay $500 for a night guard from the Dentist. But over all I think it's a good product. Service was fast getting the guard back to me.

The price is excellent and was the main reason I went with an online service, however: I paid an extra $50 for expedited labs and shipping in order to get my guard within two weeks. This turned out to be a complete waste of money, because the only shipping it applied to was the final guard itself. The shipping of the impression kit and the return of the impression was just regular mail, which made the lab time irrelevant as it still took we'll over a week before my guard was shipped. The guard is nice, seems to be good quality, but fits a little too tight I think. I'll give it about a week of use before I decide if I'm going to try out their 100% guarantee. Customer service is good, very responsive to e-mails, although phone calls are answered by voice mail.

The first one didn't quite fit right, but the company was in contact right away and listened carefully to my description of the problem and was able to make a new guard that fit better. I had to use some boiled water to make a slight adjustment, but once I did it fits perfectly and doesn't pinch or feels like it moves my teeth. The materials is very strong and hard, which is important for my condition as soft guards just make it worse as my mouth will chew right through them. The hardness and smoothness of the guard helps my brain to not clench down during sleep.

These hard acrylic bite guards are exactly what I needed after having TMJ reconstruction surgery 3 times in a year for both sides of my jaw joints. I have broken most of my molars from clenching and grinding. I am so very grateful and thankful I was able to find these hard acrylic bite guards to save my teeth! I am thrilled with my night guard! I had one that was made by my dentist and completely wire it out. Wanted to get another one and couldn't afford the $900.00 to get a new one at the DDS.
