I experienced the worst neck pain from grinding my teeth at night until I bought my night guard from Sparkling White Smiles. The fit was perfect, the material is highly durable, even for a heavy teeth grinder like myself. The staff is very professional and responds quickly to questions. I priced night guards with three local dentist and the prices quoted were 4 to 5 times the price of Sparkling White Smiles. The guard is easy to make yourself, you do not need the markup from a dentist for this appliance. Neck pain no more. Review by Jodi 9/13

Hi Joe, Just received my new retainer today and as usual it is excellent. It compares to the most expensive retainers that the dentists sell of which i cannot afford. I spoke to someone on the phone today, 12/3/12, re: questions regarding express mailing, what mouth guard impression to use, and what to do if the fit isn't right. I don't know the name of the gentleman who called me back. I just wanted to say how impressed I was by his expertise, willingness to answer questions, and having a good and caring attitude. My situation is a serious one, since my lower jaw has eroded due to jaw clenching and I can see the roots of some of my teeth through the gums. It is a RUSH order. I am sorry that I didn't get his name. His level of compassion is so rare these days... I would recommend your company to anyone. The customer service is exceptional.

I knew I needed to protect my two new upper front crowns. I had my doubts about ordering on line and my daughter told me it would need adjustments from a dentist. I was worried that the hard acrylic might hurt my gums or feel uncomfortable. I have been using the guard for over three months. Couldn't be more pleased with the product. It fits PERFECTLY. It doesn't even touch the gums. COMPLETELY SATISFIED. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Taking the impression just like your kit, and sending it to the same kind of lab is just how we made them in the dental office where I worked for twenty years. Looks great. And it is one fifth of the cost!!

Wow! I liked the description and feedback on this product, so I ordered it. The turnaround was 3 weeks at the most, even with Labor Day. The directions were easy to follow and the finished product is better than described! It's half the size and thickness I imagined (does not go up into my gums like a bleaching tray). At a third of the price, I'm thrilled!
