Definitely not what you would get at the dentist, but it does help. It's also a lot better than similar products that are soft silicone. If things stay as is and do not get any worse I would buy again over going to the dentist.

I'm a very hefty grinder, and this is a very comfortable bite guard! However, even with the added acrylic for heavy grinders, I am seeing cracking in the guard, which I have only had for about a month and a half. If you're a VERY heavy grinder, I'm not sure what advice to give you because I am also struggling to find something affordable that won't break in a period of months.

Came within two weeks. Fit great except that it's a bit tight. Customer service told me how to safely relax the fit here at home. Excellent price. Just like what I had gotten at the dentist before but cost a third of the dentist price. Would give it five stars except for the tight fit but that's correctable.

The fit wasn't as nice as my thinner hard acrylic night hard, but the comfort cut front is very nice. I'll likely order a thinner guard.

It’s a great deal, since my dentist was going to charge me $410.00 dollars. My old one had mesh in the mixture so I wouldn’t crack it. I cannot wait, because my teeth are so very sensitive from grinding. I have to eat soft foods.

I would another mouth guard from the company but the only issue I had is that it’s a little off which means maybe the wasn’t exactly right! I will order from them again.

You really need to get your night guards from your dentist. While these were certainly dentist quality and they were nice to work with, you need a professional to see how they are impacting your bite and your teeth so ultimately you will need to go to your dentist for adjustment and then if they break- neither party is responsible- just get them from your dentist

I have only been wearing it for about a week now so still trying to adjust. Seems like it is good quality but this is my first night guard so I don’t have anything to compare it to. It is very tight and leaving my teeth sore even after wearing it for a week now. Hopefully that improves but otherwise seems okay.

I always come back to this company when I need a replacement. My last one my dog got too! The design is thin and comfortable. It definitely holds up to my severe grinding when I sleep. I will continue to use this company for as long as I need! Shipments are always fast.

Nice for the price... I was just expecting something more similar to my former dentist-provided night guard. This one is VERY VERY thin, compared to that one. I bought the "insurance" to get another, just in case I "chew" through this one. It's not "hard" compared to the one I had before. I did not get the special cut-out for easier removal. It's easy to get out. I had some fitting issues but they emailed me a way to adjust it.
