The guard was well made and the customer service was great, but the guard is really right, and hurts my teeth. I think it might do more damage to wear it.

The first time I got a mouth guard that really hurt my mouth, but this company is great because they immediatly offered to either refund me or send a new one for me. They explained how sometimes impressions can be taken wrong and can be tight but that they want to get me a mouth guard that would be satisfactory. Great company that will take good care of you.

I spent over $400 for a night guard years ago and it cracked in half. If I were to replace one now, it would have cost over $700 which is catastrophic and astronomical. I did a good search online and found this site. The company forward me the kit which was very easy instructions. I accidentally messed up the first molding and company sent the instructions at free of charge to redo the molding. Their response was quick and extremely professional. I sent it back and the night guard came w/a cover tray (color of your choice). It fit PERFECTLY and the molding fit better than the old one that I had which cost SO much. The price was so reasonable. Now I have been using it every night! I'm SO happy I found this site.

My last night guard was about a grand from an orthodontist. So grateful to have found this site! They made it really easy for me to get my order in quickly when I lost my old one & the fact that they'll save your mold is a lifesaver. The dual layer night guard has provided me with a lot of relief from headaches and jaw pain. 5 stars!

My dental office was going to charge $648.00 for a bite guard. After spending $2400.00 on 3 new crowns, I wanted to protect the crowns, but the budget was depleted. Your website, clear directions, prompt service, and easy shipping simplified the process. I opted for expedited shipping and the "most recommended " guard. It is far better than any of the three previous guards I've had through dental offices. It is smooth so no rubbing or blisters. It is sized exactly right, so I can keep my mouth closed at night: no drooling on my pillow, while preventing me from clenching or grinding. I am so happy and I saved $500.00.

Long story short: This lab is awesome, their product is great, and their customer service is impeccable. Long version: The product was great, but I have a big mouth and the large molding missed one of my back molars. The customer service rep, Joe, emailed back quickly to fix this issue. A new mold kit was sent to me and then a replacement guard was sent back to me quickly. However... After a few days, I did not receive the replacement it seems to have been lost in the mail. I email joe, and after some investigation, they determine it must be lost in the mail and they send out a new guard. The latest guard FITS perfectly. However... After one night of using the new hybrid guard, the two halves split apart. Customer service informs me they only way this happens is if you clench your teeth instead of grind... my dentist did not know this. So Joe comes to the rescue AGAIN and offers to replace my guard to one more suitable for my condition. WOW. I was blown away by the level of service and would recommend this lab to anyone looking for a night guard.

This product was easy to order and the price low for the quality received. Customer Service was excellent as they went out of theie way to assure my satisfaction with a proper fit. They happily remade my guard as I was not please with my mold result. I ended up with a good fit. I must say it was quite an adjustment to get use to sleeping with the guard. It helped to wear it during the day while commmuting. Great company and great product.

I purchased this night guard to help avoid teeth grinding. My dentist charged $600 for one, so I thought I'd try this option first. It's been working great. My mouth feels more relaxed and I'm sleeping better. I won't need to spend that $600!
