The whole process was pretty quick, and the customer service rep I talked to was very kind and quick to respond. I'm a first time user of night guards though, and I'm not sure if it's normal for your teeth to be sore/sensitive after wearing.

My guard fit perfectly was extremely comfortable and I could totally tell a difference waking up in the morning. My teeth and jaw didn’t hurt like normal. The sales representative I worked with was very polite and answered very promptly for any questions i ever had!
